Delivery and returns terms and conditions information

While we do endeavour to process and pack all orders within 48 hour timescale, this is not all as possible.All in-stock items will normally be packaged and dispatched within 5-7working days in exception of An post express  delivery - these will be dispatched with 24hours on working days. Please note working days are Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.

Our posting days each week will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
If you need your items urgently please choose expesss postage .
Please note if an item is out of stock we will email you to ask if you would like to replace the item with something of similar value or ask you to let us know if you would like a refund for that item.
Orders will not be refunded in full because one item is out of stock. The reason will be as we will have already dispatched the instock item.  

Please note tracked delivery is delivered using a digital stamp. Unless otherwise advised or the buyer has choose express or courier post.  

PLEASE NOTE  THAT DURING PEAK TIMES DISPATCH CAN TAKE 7-10 WORKING DAYS

  1. Returned items at the customers expense. They must be sent using a tracked postage method and be accepted by us as a return first. 
  2. This unconditional returns policy applies only to unused goods, in their original packaging unused or untouched.  Returns must be accepted by is before sending your package back. If your return has not been approved by us it is VOID. This is due to hygiene reasons. 
  3. For Hygiene reasons items  may only be returned if unopened still in their original packaging with seal and ribbon attached .
  4. No return on earrings or sets including earrings due to hygiene reasons.
  5. No return in any form  on discounted or sale stock in any form this includes discounts applied in any form . 

  6. No return on customised / personalised items - these items are customised specifically for the customer and cannot be returned under any circumstances . 
  7. All Sales are final 
  8. No return or refunds on sale items. All sales are final.
  9. Sale items do not come boxed. Items will be packaged on card or in tissue.

Refunds:

We have a no refund policy due to hygiene issues. However should your item arrived damaged - We will refund you with a credit note  when the goods have been received, checked and cleared.
We also have a no refund policy on all personalised items. Therefore if you order a personalised item via instagram, text message message or via our website these are non refundable. 

There is a 1 day (24 hour)  cooling off period on all other items. 

Exchange:

In the unlikely event that you should receive an incorrect delivery, or a faulty product, we undertake to collect and exchange the product as quickly as possible and at no additional cost. We may ask for detailed photographs .

Such a delivery must be reported within 12 hours from the receipt of the order.

Faulty item must be reported with 48hours to be exchanged.

We will not exchange or refund any item that has been worn. 

if any item was to suddenly break during you wearing it or after you have worn it we are in no way responsible for a replacement, repair or refund for this product. It is consumer damage and we will not be held liable or responsale for this damage. 
If you return a damaged item and our jewellers confirms the damage was done by the customer and it is not a fault we will not be held responsible for replacing or refunding this item. 

However under our discretion we may choose to offer a gesture of goodwill .

If an item is returned to us due to non collection or unable to be delivered by mail. Under no circumstance will we be held liable and this item will not be refunded due to the neglegence of the customer accepting/ collecting / providing correct address and contact details for the order. Furthermore the customer is responsible for the reshipment cost of the item. No refunds will be issued due to items returned that are due to the customer missing delivery or not contacting / collecting/ arranging delivery of their  order form the shipment company. This is seen as negligence on the consumer and we will it be held response for any refunds of returned items due to this nor will we be responsible for re postage costs. 

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays incurred due to the An Post or any courier delays during anytime especially at the Christmas and holiday seasons. We will endeavour to ship your order in a timely manor as per the above time scales. We will  not accept returns and will not refund orders that are delivered late due to circumstances beyond our control. By purchasing on our store you agree to the above statement and waive any right for charge back or return due to circumstances beyond our control


We will only accept returns which comply with the policy outlined here.

If an item is marked delivered and you claim you have not received the item. You will be sent a denial of receipt form and an investigation will be opened with the postage company. If the item is marked delivered we will not be liable for refunding this item or replacing it.
