No returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
In the case of lost in transit we will send you a denial of receipt and open an investigation which can take some time while A Post or the courier investigate. However, if the issue is unresolvable, then unfortunately the item will be refunded without the delivery charge. This is due to the item having been posted by us. .
If your item is marked delivered but you claim you did not receive it no refund will be made. As this item has been marked as delivered.
